Is this video a parody of Time Warner Cable's customer service from the folks behind TWCCustomerService? Because "parody" implies that there is a "deliberate exaggeration." If you think this send-up of the tyrannical cable company is too broad, check out some actual complaints from real Time Warner customers, in quotes below.

"My beloved cousin died in early November, and I have been trying to close out her account since then."

"After my mother's death in June in order to cancel her TV/Cable thru Time Warner I had to go to their office and provide her death certificate AND the certificate of my father (whose name was also on the account). My father passed away 20 years ago!

"No other company has requested this AND the final straw was today. I paid what I thought was the last bill a couple weeks ago and before I paid I called to make sure the amount was correct. I was told yes. Today I get a statement with a credit balance. I called to ask how to receive the credit and was told in 6 or 7 weeks."
