Have you ever wondered what exactly happens when a drunk driver is taken in for a sobriety test by the NYPD? Wonder no more! New Yorker, MyBlockNYC user and Peg Leg NYC designer Nick Poe was arrested last year by the NYPD and taken to the 7th Precinct to undergo Intox Sobriety Tests there. The whole thing was filmed though and now he's gone and put it online:

And as you can see Poe, who last ate "mini-cheeseburgers" before being busted, blew just below the legal limit for intoxication and went through a full battery of tests (we're not sure our balance is even that good when sober) before spending the night in Central Booking, getting a 90-day conditional license, having to take a defensive driving class and having to pay a hefty fine. So, now you know!
