Early Friday morning, a 60-year-old customer at a Crown Heights deli was shot in the head. Now police are asking for the public's help in finding four suspects.
At 2:40 a.m., Samuel Waterman, 60, was at the service window of deli at 43 Lincoln Road before the suspects entered. The NYPD says, "The victim proceeded to make a purchase and began to leave with the suspects following him." Then one suspect fired at Waterman's head before fleeing.
Waterman is reportedly clinging to life at Kings County Hospital.
The shooter is described as a black male around 25-30 years old, with a beard and mustache, last seen wearing a black and grey striped hoodie, black jeans with black and white sneakers. The other suspects, all black males, were described as wearing an Adidas shirt white black and white sneakers; wearing a black and red lumberjack jacket with white sneakers; and wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and white and black sneakers. They are wanted for felony assault.
