Together yesterday for the Police Athletic League's annual Christmas party in Harlem, and under the spell of the Jackson 5 classic, Public Advocate-elect Letitia James, Rep. Charles Rangel, and billionaire former mayoral candidate John Catsimatidis rhythmically moved their bodies. Matt Wanning captured the moment, which you can watch below.
