Staten Island: Keeping it salty. First City Councilman James Oddo (R-SI) made news for rightfully F-bombing a Norwegian prank TV crew out of his office, and now Borough President James P. Molinaro is getting in on the F-un. Molinaro was waiting to do a live phone interview about the snowstorm with Channel 4 yesterday morning when he was caught on air uttering one of the seven forbidden words. It's unclear what else he's saying to the person on the other end, but that famously obscene word rings out loud and clear, like the stirring opening notes of Ride of the Valkyries. We love the sound of F-bombs in the morning:

Molinaro tells the Staten Island Advance that he was waiting to speak with Channel 4 on his landline when he got into a conversation on his cell phone, which was then picked up when Channel 4 went live for the interview. When Molinaro finished his cell call, he discovered the line with Channel 4 was dead.

"They must have figured, 'this guy is crazy,'" says Molinaro. "To me, it is embarrassing that it was picked up on the air." Asked if he regrets losing his airtime on Channel 4, Molinaro replied, "They can call me back." And if those f--kers think they're too good for him now, they can go f--k themselves!
