Two pedestrians are in critical condition after being struck in a hit-and-run in the Bronx early this morning. Around 5:38 a.m. authorities found a male and female in their mid-20s lying in the intersection of White Plains Road and Bruckner Boulevard. EMS transported the pair to Jacobi Hospital. Police say that the vehicle involved was traveling westbound on Bruckner Boulevard, and has been described as a white or grey SUV.
