A 15-year-old girl and 17-year-old girl were arrested for their involvement in the violent fight at a Brooklyn McDonald's last Saturday. Also, WABC 7 reports, "Atlanta police headed off a 15-year-old suspect who was attempting to catch a plane to Jamaica."

The six female suspects, including 16-year-old Aniah Ferguson who was arrested on Thursday, attacked 18-year-old Ariana Taylor at the McDonald's on Flatbush Avenue last weekend. It's believed Taylor and the suspects all went to Erasmus High School; a source told the Daily News, "(The victim) was there to fight. It looks like they went there to straighten out their differences and she wound up getting the worst of it."

Ferguson, who is called the ringleader of the attack, already has a number of arrests, including ones for stabbing her brother and attacking her grandmother. She also allegedly punched a woman at a hospital. From NBC New York:

Marie Josef, the woman Ferguson was accused of attacking in the ER in September, told NBC 4 New York in an exclusive interview that she hadn't forgotten the teenager's face. Josef was a month pregnant at the time of the encounter and having complications, which is why she went to the ER.

"This girl assumed that I was staring at her and I wasn't even paying her no attention. I was waiting for my name to be called and go into the triage," Josef said. "She was like, 'What the hell? What the f you looking at?' I was like, 'I'm not looking at you, you're nobody to me, you're not important, I don't know you.'"

Josef says Ferguson was cursing, picking a fight with other people, then zeroed in on her.

"She says she don't care my face not pregnant my stomach is not my face she's gonna hit me that's what she says," Josef said.

Then, Josef says, Ferguson punched her in the head. Now seven months pregnant, Josef says she has lingering physical and emotional problems stemming from the random violent encounter.

According to WCBS 2, "Police charged 17-year-old Tilani Marshall with second-degree robbery and gang assault after she turned herself in for questioning on Friday. A court clerk said Marshall has a warrant out for her arrest on a different case, but did not have the details... A 15-year-old girl, who police did not identify, also turned herself in Friday. She is also charged with second-degree robbery and gang assault."

The Daily Beast's Michael Daly has some details about Ferguson's hearing (just ignore his horrible, florid lede):

“She admitted to beating up the complaining witness, taking the complaining witness’s property and throwing them in the trash,” the prosecutor reported.

The prosecutor had told the detectives that she and her friend had long been hunting for the victim for two long months.

“The complaining witnesses had done something to the defendant's close friend and they had been looking for her since January,” the prosecutor said.

The prosecutor added that Ferguson was a member of the Young Savages gang.

“It is a gang under the Folk Nation gang and they are known to be involved in patterns of violence as well as credit card scams,” the prosecutor said...

Her attorney proceeded to say that Ferguson lives with her grandmother and mother along with four siblings, the youngest of which is four.

“She also lives in the house with her one year-old daughter,” [Sarah] O’Leary added.

That meant Ferguson very well could have become pregnant when she was just 14, but O’Leary did not offer the math. O’Leary also did not say that Ferguson’s mother had told the New York Daily News that she had not raised her to commit such a crime and was not going to defend her actions. O’Leary did say that Ferguson’s mother had been unable to come to court because she had to take care of the kids.

Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams was shaken by the crime, "Many others were sick to see this vicious and brutal attack of a young person. The assault and the attack on this 15-year old girl should be a wake up call internationally on what are we doing with out young people."

The victim had initially declined to press charges, but now "NBC 4 New York learned Friday that the victim had come forward to file a police report."
