Police have apprehended two suspects in a Sunday shooting that left two teens dead and one woman wounded in a Bronx apartment lobby. According to WCBS 2, Robert Mitchell, 24, and Dexter Green, 20, "picked up by a patrol car shortly after the shooting."

Police believe the violence broke out because a group of men were asked to leave a birthday party in the building on Weeks Avenue, because they were, the NY Times reports, "behav[ing] inappropriately with some of the younger female guests." Around 2 a.m. on Sunday, with some of the party guests in the lobby, the men returned and opened fire. Quanisha Marie Wright, 16, and Marvin Wiggins, 15, were fatally shot. Wiggins was hit when apparently trying to help an adult. A 20-year-old woman was shot in the arm and is in stable condition.

One tenant told WCBS 2, "To see somebody you know laying on the floor, and everybody, like, people getting shot up, bullets don't have no name. It's a scary feeling. It could have been anybody."
