Investigators are searching for two men suspected of stabbing three people on a subway platform in Queens this afternoon. According to the NYPD, two Hispanic males got into an argument with three black males around 3:30 p.m. on the J line platform at the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer station. It's still unclear what the argument was about, but police say it escalated into a knife fight. The three unidentified black males were stabbed, and their assailants remain at large.
The victims were rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where they're currently in stable condition and expected to live. Police are now searching for the two Hispanic men suspected of perpetration the crime. Meanwhile, Jamaica-bound E trains were terminating at Jamaica-Van Wyck station because of the investigation, but regular service has resumed. However, an MTA spokesman tells us that as of 4:50 p.m., the J train is terminating at Sutphin/Archer.
We'll update if more information becomes available.
