The FDNY and U.S. Marines are conducting a terrorism drill on Randall's Island today—and the drill will simulate "response to a terror attack on a New York City bus and subway," according to WCBS 2. One of the scenarios is that a toxin has been released into the subway; a "burned-out city bus and the fire department's subway simulator" will be used. Last year, the NYPD, FDNY, Port Authority police and other agencies conducted a drill at the World Trade Center PATH station that simulated a bomb going off on a PATH car.
