Lawrence Taylor face third degree rape charges for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old (underage) prostitute. However, his lawyer says Taylor didn't have sex or rape anyone, plus the victim says she told him she was 19. Now, just after it was reported that Taylor would claim he only masturbated with the girl in the hotel room, sources say the girl's friend said something similar.
According to the Daily News, the victim's friend said, "She starts explaining that it was weird because she didn't even have sex/ When she got back in the car, she wasn't mad or anything like that. She was like, 'Wow' - she got paid $300 and didn't have to have sex with him." If her claim holds up, the third degree rape charge could disappear, since there's reasonable doubt.
However, the victim tells the News they "definitely had intercourse... If he's saying we didn't, that's not true."
