A cocktail waitress is suing for sexual harassment, claiming that back in 2007 her slimy boss cornered her and demanded to sniff coke off her rear. When that failed, he forcibly used her shoulder! According to court papers, Nicole Slama yelled “No!” when Quo co-owner Gary Malhotra pushed into a closet and made his request. OK, off your [breast] then," he said. Again, the former Applebees waitress and full-time student declined. Recently she’d been warned that the exclusive club’s owners used the manager’s office as their personal den of iniquity.
According to the suit, Malhotra then "slipped the strap of her tank top off her left shoulder and pushed her left hand down so that she could not move it" and “shook some coke onto her shoulder, before snorting it off and licking her shoulder and neck.” All the while, the 24-year-old waitress was “trying not to cry,” reports the Post.
The prosecution wants $3.5 million from the nightclub sleaze, but he says Slama is just angry, because she was fired. He calls her "a disgruntled employee who was fired and who's seeking monetary gains. Her claims are not substantiated."
