Back in 2007 soap opera actor Nathaniel Marston (or as you may know him, Dr. Michael McBain on One Life To Live) was busted after allegedly attacking three cab drivers at a Hell's Kitchen gas station, after he said one drove into him. Reportedly he swung a metal crate, breaking one of his victim's legs.

At the time cops said he was emotionally disturbed and possibly under the influence of cocaine. He was charged with assault, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, and resisting arrest; no drugs charges were ever made. Prior to the incident, he had lashed out and punched an ATM in 1999, admitting at the time that he had a "lack of impulse control."

Yesterday Marston pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and admitted to punching a cop who tried to break up the fight, according to the NY Post. He has completed an anger management course, and will not have to spend any time behind bars. The actor was fired from the soap after the melee, and told the paper today, "I couldn't get a job as a dishwasher because I was all over The Post."
