Last month, the police asked for the public's help in finding a person accused of "manipulating himself" on an R train. Now, authorities say they've made an arrest.
Wilmer Busto, a 33-year-old Queens resident, was charged with public lewdness for the January 23 incident. Busto allegedly put his hands in his pants and "manipulated himself" while on an R train near Queensboro Plaza. A 47-year-old woman noticed and took a picture of him.
