The autopsy of Sylvie Cachay, the clothing designer found dead at Soho House last December, is complete but its findings have been sealed while her accused killer Nick Brook's defense has its own experts examine the report. At question is if drugs were in Cachay's system. According to Brooks, Cachay had taken Xanax before he left her alone in her room on her last night alive.

Meanwhile, in case you were wondering, Brooks father (the troubled in his own right Oscar-winning composer Joseph Brooks) has reportedly not yet seen his son. Though, considering the Post is reporting that Nick has has been "weeping 'like a baby' since getting locked up" and is being abused for being a woman-killer, we suspect that is the least of the younger Brooks' problems.

Haven't had your fill of of the crazy Brooks boys for one day? New York Magazine's look at their problems is as good a place to get your fix as any—at least if you enjoy reading about men stealing their children out of spite, raping aspiring actresses, doing drugs, using escort services to excess (even if they sometimes got to touch the Oscar), and possibly killing their girlfriends.
