A Staten Island woman wins the world's Best Mom/Worst School Parent award this week when she allegedly threatened to blow up her daughter's school after the teen failed a MEAN, EVIL Regent's exam.

On Tuesday, a guidance counselor at Susan E. Wagner High School reportedly called Karen Shearon, 48, to inform her that her 15-year-old daughter failed her state-mandated Regent's exam. And instead of grounding the teen for staying up all night Internet-flirting and not studying like SOME mothers might have done (hi Mom!), Shearon allegedly got a little angry at the establishment and, according to a criminal complaint, said, "I am going to blow up the school."

It appears the counselor took this alleged threat seriously, and Shearon, who has three children, was arrested on Thursday and charged with misdemeanor aggravated harassment. Shearon pleaded not guilty and was released on $1K bail. "I never made such a phone call," she told reporters when she left court. "If I was so dangerous and I said such a threat like that, wouldn't you evacuate the school?" Still, she's not like a regular mom, she's a cool mom.
