Neighbors say the Brooklyn woman who was arrested for abandoning her two young daughters alongside the Shore Parkway has a history of verbally berating her children with violent and vulgar invective. After she turned herself over to police last night just before midnight, reporters descended on Dalisha Adams's Brooklyn home and started knocking on doors near her residence. “She was always yelling at the kids, ‘Shut the f--- up,’" one neighbor tells the Daily News. "One day, I heard her curse out the little baby, ‘I’ll punch you in the f------ face.’"
On Sunday afternoon, before the girls, ages 5 and 3, were found on the street a mile and a half from home, the neighbor heard one of the girls crying and Adams yelling, "Stop crying. Shut the f--- up. I’m gonna get you out of here." Another neighbor tells the Post, "She shouts at them 'Shut the f-- up! Get the f--- out of here.' I heard her cuss out her little baby. I hope she doesn't get those kids back. It's not right." And a third neighbor tells the tabloid that Adams is often heard telling her children, ''l'll kick your f---ing ass.'"
The two girls have been taken by the Administration for Children’s Service. A third girl, age 8, was not abandoned with her sisters on Sunday because she was with an aunt, cops tell the Post.
