Sexting: it's what the youths are doing (and the olds). But lawmakers in Connecticut proposed a bill that would keep horndogs of any age from committing felonies. Under current Connecticut law, sending or receiving text messages with nudity or sexual images counts as child-porn, and those convicted get put on the state's sex-offender registry. According to the Post, the new law would drop the charges from a felony to a misdemeanor when the sexting parties are between 13 and 18 and in some sort of relationship, though that seems like a loose definition.
