Ladies (and European guys), be on the lookout for this guy, who police say is on a purse snatching spree in lower Manhattan. The perp has struck four times since the day after Christmas, with his most recent job occurring Tuesday night inside a building at 10 Catherine Slip.
Police tell 1010 WINS he approached a 39-year-old woman from behind and ran off with her purse, and robbed a 72-year-old on Monday. Find him before he finds you!
