The stories about drunk off-duty cops continue. NBC New York reports, "An off-duty NYPD sergeant was arrested and charged with refusing to take a breath test after he was involved in an accident, police say."

Apparently the officer "was involved in an accident at the intersection of East 150th Street and Morris Avenue in the Bronx just before 9 p.m. Sunday." While no one was injured, the 38-year-old refused a breath test. He was also suspended.

Infamously, an off-duty police officer who fatally struck a Brooklyn pedestrian was given a breath test seven hours after the incident, leaving him with no alcohol in his system.
