The police are looking for a man who allegedly duped apartment seekers on Craigslist with upper Manhattan apartments he wasn't allowed to rent.

Thomas Ome, AKA Thomas Prince
According to the NYPD, between July and August of 2014, Thomas Ome (also known as Thomas Prince), 45, an employee of a property management company, "solicited apartment seekers" from Craigslist:
The suspect showed the victims apartments that the company managed and purported himself to be their agent. Four victims agreed to rent apartments from the suspect at 529 West 179 Street while one victim rented one at 1795 Riverside Drive. Each victim handed the suspect deposit money as well as paying him regular monthly rent which he kept.
Ome is wanted for five grand larcenies (grand larceny is for amounts larger than $1,000).
