Rallies are expensive, so a piddling group of Manhattan Tea Party-ers held its most recent gathering at a DUMBO bar. The No. 1 Front Street meet-up was led by David Webb and Kellen Giuda, who became acquainted at NY's first-ever Tea Party protest in City Hall Park, later joining forces to form TeaParty365, according to Daily Intel. Since then the pair has drawn "many thousands"—at least to their mailing list. Funding is slim (their biggest donation so far is $500) and their organization status doesn't allow them to endorse a candidate. Still, Webb insists that for NY opponents to Big Government, TeaParty365 is where it's at. "There's one [group] in Staten Island and one in Long Island," he said. "But they're relatively small."
