[UPDATE BELOW] Please take our Not Safe For Work [NSFW] warning literally here, because the gentleman in this video is 100% naked as a jaybird. It appears he is emotionally disturbed, but really all we have at this point is speculation—he might also be a Terminator sent from the future to kill John Connor. Judging by the video, he strongly dislikes people pointing cameras at him and shouting:
We contacted the Facebook user who uploaded the video and we'll update when we have more information. We do know that the incident happened at the intersection of Kensington Avenue and East Tioga Street in the neighborhood of Port Richmond. And it appears to have gone down during a warmer time of year, when Philadelphians traditionally celebrate the pleasant weather by tearing off their clothes and clinging to the fronts of buses.
Update: An employee at Orlando Realty tells us she remembers the incident well. "It happened a couple months ago, must have been October or November," says the employee, who asked to remain anonymous because she didn't want her name associated on the Internet with a naked rampage. "I was inside of my office when I heard the commotion. Apparently he had been thrown out of a residence next door during a dispute with whoever he was residing with. He was thrown out wearing only his boxers." Our naked dude source tells us the man "seemed intoxicated. He ended up charging at people and running around naked."
No one was injured during the aggravated streaking, and police soon arrived to take the man away. "We haven't seen him since," the employee told us.
