A state trooper in Niagara told the AP, "It’s definitely an anomaly to come across two individuals highly intoxicated, naked and covered in mud." But that's what happened to two young Canadians men who went to a church festival and then, in the words of the trooper, "made it a Woodstock event." Early Sunday morning, police found one man sitting on the side of the road—drunk, naked and covered in mud—and then his friend, also naked, covered in mud and "passed out in a ditch nearby." The police later "learned that they apparently had gone to the St. John de LaSalle Carnival in Niagara Falls and afterwards decided to dance naked in the woods." No charges were filed.
