When we checked the MTA's Service Alerts for NYC Transit early this morning, there was only a note was flooding causing issues with F service between Jamaica-179th Street Station and the Forest Hills-71st Avenue Station. Now there's a laundry list of subway issues:

Also expect delays on the B - one B express ended up waiting in the station for 5 minutes for a B express-turned-local to arrive, to collect confused, annoyed passengers. There are also service alerts for LIRR, Metro-North, and LI Bus.
There have been delays on bridges, tunnels and highways, due to the weather and flooding. Naturally, there are tons of delays at the airports - Newsday reports that the FAA has put the "Traffic Management Program" into effect at JFK and LaGuardia. To discuss: Doesn't "Traffic Management Program" sounds like something that should be in effect every day?
Shocker: Power outages reported in NYC, mostly Queens. (Remember, Con Ed blamed lightning for some recent power outages.)
