Everybody stay calm! Mayor Bloomberg has gone and announced another weather emergency since today's flurries aren't stopping anytime soon (though they are supposed to taper off before coming back strong just in time for evening commutes). So like last time this means you should avoid any unnecessary driving until the storm is over, don't block roadways or impede plows, and alternate side parking, parking meters and garbage collection are suspended.
