Last night, there was a report of a DOA in a Manhattan elevator shaft. According to NY1, a man was killed "shortly before 10 p.m. inside a 19-story building at 18th Street and Park Avenue. Details are limited, but the New York City Fire Department says the victim was wedged between the elevator car and the shaft." The authorities are investigating.
