Ordering a shipment of illegal drugs is not without its risks, as one man on Long Island discovered when he was arrested after picking up a package containing 25 pounds of pot.
According to Newsday, UPS had actually intercepted the shipment: "Undercover officers, including a K-9 team, then staked out the delivery location while another officer, posing as a UPS driver, delivered the package. "
When California resident David Banks took the package from the home's steps, police swooped in. Banks, 47, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana.
