Things are really personal for Jets coach Rex Ryan. First those ihaveprettyfeet videos were a personal matter, then last Saturday's game against the Colts was personal between Ryan and Colt's QB Peyton Manning, and now this Sunday's game against the hated Patriots is also personal. As they say in the news, three's a trend!

"This week, this is about Bill Belichick v. Rex Ryan," the rotund Jets coach said Monday morning. "There's no question. It's personal." And for his part, Belichick doesn't disagree. Belichick today joked about the beef: “I might have a little quickness on him, he’s probably got a little more strength and power on me. I don’t think you’ll see either of us out there making any blocks, or tackles, or runs throws or catches. At least you won’t see me doing that. It’s probably a good thing for our team.”

Meanwhile Ryan got a dig into the Patriots Ugg-spokesman Tom Brady, who went and saw Lombardi on Broadway on Saturday night instead of watching the game (otherwise the poor baby would have been too stressed—luckily he still caught the end of the game). "Peyton Manning would have been watching our game," Ryan joked.

Now let's just hope that the Ryan doesn't have to bury one last game ball on Monday morning...
