Obviously this day would come: The Daily News reports that Melissa Petro, best known as the Bronx public school teacher who admitted she was a Craigslist sex worker on the Huffington Post, "has joined celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred's stable of porn stars, former mistresses and banking beauties."
Petro and Allred will be giving a press conference to go over "Ms. Petro's decision to resign and reveal Ms. Petro's plans for the future." The News helpfully reminds us of Allred's other clients: "porn star and Tiger Woods mistress Joslyn James, love addict Rachel Uchitel and sexy banker Debrahlee Lorenzana."
Petro was originally going to fight the Department of Education's attempt to get rid of her by using a "conduct unbecoming" argument, but she decided to leave. Maybe she can comment about dudes who troll Craigslist.
