A cyclist who was critically injured after getting hit by a car in East Flatbush shortly after midnight on April 14th finally died on Sunday. Police have been unable to identify the victim, who was hit by a Toyota Camry on Linden Boulevard at the corner of Schenck Avenue. The 21-year old driver stayed at the scene and was not charged, but the NYPD has just released this sketch in hopes of identifying the cyclist.

The man is described as Hispanic, in his 20s, about 5-foot-7 and 193 pounds. He was wearing "Phat Classic" blue jeans, red and black Nike shoes and a silver guitar belt buckle. He also has a scar on his upper right arm.

You may recall that the incident was one of three traffic accidents involving cyclists on that day—18-year old cyclist Jake McDonaugh was also killed when an unlicensed driver allegedly blew through a red light before crashing into McDonaugh and dragging him over 50 yards. Later that morning, another bike rider was hit at Lexington Avenue and 23rd Street, and was taken to Bellevue Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. And to top off the horrible day, a pedestrian was hit by a van in DUMBO.
