Just weeks ago, Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress shot himself in the leg while at a Manhattan nightclub, but, when he was being treated at a NY hospital, he allegedly claimed his name was "Harris Smith" and said he was shot at an Applebee's. Now, it turns out that Burress's replacement on the field, Domenik Hixonactually goes to Applebee's. A NJ.com reader posted a photograph of himself with the player and NJ.com's John Shabe writes, "Seems like Hixon was a pretty good sport to mug for a photo with these guys." Hixon will be working off those Applebee's calories when he and the Giants face the Philadelphia Eagles in next Sunday's NFC divisional game.
