A Brooklyn art teacher, who had been sent to the rubber room last May for hitting a student on the hand with a ruler, was arrested yesterday for allegedly threatening to come to school with a machine gun under a trench coat, saying "it would be Columbine all over again." Sabrina Milo was arrested at Fort Hamilton High School in Bay Ridge yesterday on charges of making terrorist threats, like saying she needed to "settle some scores" and "do what needs doing" with the help of a shotgun. However, she told one teacher not to worry because she liked them. How thoughtful!

Other teachers said Milo always had a temper, and one law enforcement source told the Daily News, "She would get angry and run off at the mouth. Whether that would translate into real action—no one was willing to take the chance." However, Milo's students want her to be free!

When she was sent to the rubber room students defended her, saying the incident was blown out of proportion. "The girl was over-exaggerating ... the girl hated her and made a big deal out of it," said one sophomore. Milo had even offered to buy the girl a manicure when she saw the ruler had broken her nail. And another student says this incident had to be an April Fools prank...even though she made the threats on Tuesday. "It can't be true," said Aly Bianco, 15. "If she did say it, she didn't mean it. She jokes a lot." Milo also has a 4.8 out of 5 on Rate My Teachers, where one student writes, "Best, Caring, Artistic, Funny, Supporting teacher EVER! :O"
