Still, some people think he needs a push, which is why the Spring Mountain Republican Women Active Republican Women of Las Vegas and Southern Hills Republican Women are hosting an event at the Treasure Island casino (in Las Vegas) to "Bring Back the Reagan Revolution." Because we need to triple the deficit again and not regulate the financial industry!
We received the flier via the folks at Draft Trump, which explains, "It is our intention to recruit leadership in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Nevada and other early primary states to place Donald Trump's name on the ballot in those states to begin the process of electing the strong President we need in these difficult times. We are encouraging Donald Trump to enter the debates in 2011 and run in 2012."
MSNBC's Joe Scarborough compared Trump to Reagan, noting that "elites" thought that the Gipper was a joke for insisting the U.S. should have kept the Panama Canal. Too bad Trump thought that Reagan was a con man and too "smooth."
