But Long Island residents of Nassau and Suffolk counties can never taste the joy of having "Classic Digi Camo" polyurethane on their feet, tax-free: their counties are too poor to participate in the exemption. "When times are tight like they are now, you may find fighting between counties," a Hofstra Business School professor tells CBS. But that in turn helps Long Island's greatest export: YouTube videos.
If you find yourself in either of those counties, buy a little something. But steer clear from that "healthy" ice cream.
