DCist attempted to decipher a $20 million lawsuit filed by James Patock -- a man who was arrested last November after the Park Police found guns inside his camper that was parked on the National Mall. What we learned: Patock really, really doesn’t care for the media, nor was he too fond of having excrement thrown on him while he was in holding.
