The NYPD released a police sketch and surveillance video of a man suspected of forcibly touching a young girl in Gramercy Park. [Updated to reflect correct address information.]

According to the police, on Wednesday, March 7 at around 11:30 a.m., an 11-year-old girl was at the Dunkin Donuts at 361 East 21st Street when a man "approached her, touched her inappropriately, and then fled the scene."
