A construction worker fell to his death at the Dream Hotel today. According to FDNY, the incident happened around 2:10 p.m. at the Dream New York hotel at W 55th Street and Broadway in Manhattan. Police said the man, who is believed to be in his 40s, fell from scaffolding at the site, and was pronounced DOA at the scene.

ABC reports that the worker fell four stories while the Post says it was seven stories (they add that his body "landed on scaffolding between the first and second floor").
Police have not released the name of the victim yet, but they believe the death was an accident.
