A city employee has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to an 11-year-old girl in Harlem last month. Andrew McFall, who works for the city’s Department of Youth and Community Development, has been charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child for the Dec. 20 incident.

According to police, the 41-year-old allegedly followed the child along West 120th Street, flashing the little girl around 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 20. The police found surveillance video showing the well-dressed suspect, and distributed his picture. This week, they received a tip about the suspect, and arrested him Friday morning outside his Riverdale home. According to his LinkedIn profile, McFall is the Director of Youth Connect at NYC Department of Youth & Community Development.
