Police have arrested a man in Albany suspected of a fatal Brooklyn shooting. Two weeks ago, the NYPD released an intense surveillance video showing a man following Andre Pitts, 18, out of an elevator and then firing at him. Then, another camera showed the suspect calmly walking outside the building located on Lott Avenue.

According to WCBS 2, "Detectives arrested 20-year-old Djavan Perry at the home of a relative. He faces first-degree murder charges, as well as criminal possession of a weapon. So far, no word on why Perry allegedly gunned Pitts down."
