Down on the boardwalk, they're getting ready for a fight. Yesterday down in a Toms River courthouse, a judge ruled that the divorce proceedings that outed Bruce Springsteen as an accused homewrecker will stay public.

Arthur Kelly has accused his wife Ann of tearing apart their 17-year marriage with her repeated infidelities with Springsteen. His wife says that she simply knew The Boss from the Atlantic City gym they both went to. A New York Post reporter in court yesterday calls Ann Kelly a "44-year-old hottie housewife—who's the spitting image of Springsteen's spouse, Patti Scialfa."

After Arthur Kelly's allegations in court documents naming Springsteen came out last week, a lawyer for Ann Kelly argued that a "big blip in their relationship" was making it impossible for the Kellys' children to live normal lives. Judge Patricia Roe responded, "How is sealing the record going to change that? Hasn't that horse already left the barn?" She added, "The family court is not unique in presiding over cases that involve enormous personal embarrassment. Openness is the norm, it is not the exception."

Arthur Kelly's lawyer said yesterday, "There are going to be some very, very, very private details that will be disclosed...It just so happens that the (third) party is a famous person."
