A 14-year-old runaway girl was beaten, raped, and forced into prostitution while being held captive in two houses in Jamaica, Queens.
According to court documents, the victim fled from her grandmother in November and was introduced to 25-year-old Stephen Garrison, known as "Fresh," along with 31-year-old Lindsay Archibald ("Touch") and 23-year-old Quanesha Hunte ("Peaches"). When the victim refused to "choose which pimp she was going to work for," the three imprisoned her inside 145-54 107 Avenue, and forced her to have sex with numerous men while they collected the proceeds.
On several occasions, when the victim asked to leave and pleaded for the prostitution to stop, she was beaten, kicked in the head, and told "You're not going anywhere." Archibald, the complaint states, "repeatedly slapped and punched the victim if she missed a prostitution date…and specifically said 'If you ever try to leave, I'll find you and kill you.' "
The complaint also alleges that last month the victim was forced to have oral and vaginal sex with Garrison "to test her out to see how well she was performing."
On February 3rd, the victim was moved to 105-17 177th Street and was eventually able to call 911 and her grandmother, who had reported her missing months before. When police arrived, she immediately ran out of the home, and authorities later found a loaded Glock 21 handgun inside.
The three defendants are charged with multiple felonies, including rape, sex trafficking, promoting prostitution, and criminal possession of a weapon. Garrison and Hunte are being held on $300,000 bond, while Archibald's bail has been set at $400,000.
