Nothing makes us want to drive a Ford truck like drinking a sixer of PBR, so we suppose their teaming up for a New York invasion today isn't that odd. Oh, wait... this PBR stands for Professional Bull Riders. Either way, the two are bringing some wildlife to our streets (why not) and for the first time in history (unsubstantiated!) "bulls will be bucked on sidewalks of New York City".
If you've been riding the mechanical bull at Johnny Utah's and want to see the real deal, head over to the outside of Madison Square Garden at noon to catch the action. The press release promises that "for the first time in history, New Yorkers will be able to witness the fearlessness of the PBR bull riders as they mount the backs of some of the rankest bucking bulls." This whole extravaganza is a prequel to the invitational at MSG starting tomorrow. Currently the trucks are hauling in tons of dirt to create a live bucking bull arena on the SE corner of 33rd Street and 8th Avenue. We'll keep you updated as there's sure to be some sort of mishap with all of this. At the very least PETA should probably be there.
