- Islanders 4 Colorado 2: The two worst teams in the league engaged in a battle for the first pick in the draft at Nassau Coliseum Monday and the Islanders made it a little closer. Yann Danis had another strong game in net, but it was the New York offense that really applied the pressure. The Islanders had 31 shots and Jon Sim had three assists to get the win.
