Welcome to the Lunch Quadrant, where we offer you four lunch options (two standing, two sitting) by a given subway stop. Last week we looked around West 4th Street and today we're riding the A/C/E up a few stops to the culinary dead zone that is the Penn Station area. Sure there are a slew of fast food joints for the hungry traveler, and a giant beer garden is on the way, but any office worker in the area will tell you that Penn Station is not the best for fine fare (though K-Town on 32nd Street is a boon).
