It is official! As we speculated back in September the second Shake Shack in Brooklyn will indeed be conveniently located right by the Barclays Center the company announced today. No need to eat at the arena's fancy food spots now, eh?
"Our second Brooklyn location will be directly across from the Barclays Center and plant us firmly within walking distance of several neighborhoods from Park Slope to Fort Greene," Randy Garutti, Shake Shack's CEO, said announcing the news. The new Shack, located at 170 Flatbush Avenue, is expected to open in the Fall. If history is any indication, you can expect long lines.
