Flatiron's fun outdoor pop-up market Mad. Sq. Eats returns this Friday for one of its semi-annual occupations of the space across from Shake Shack's holding pen Madison Square Park. Beginning this Friday, May 2nd and operating daily until Saturday, May 31st, the market offers some different dining options for working stiffs and weekend strollers alike, including warm weather-friendly operating hours until 9 p.m. Plus there's wine, beer and agave cocktails on offer; we won't tell your boss if you don't tell ours.

Urban Space and the Madison Square Park Conservancy collaborated on this year's lineup, which includes dozens of eats from big names like Roberta's, Red Hook Lobster Pound and Calexico. Check out newcomers like Southeast Asian eats from Pig & Khao, bivalves and more from L&W Oyster Co and Japanese-inspired Mexican fare from Takumi Tacos.

The food and fun rolls out daily starting at 11 a.m. and if you want a place to perch on the weekends make sure to arrive on the earlier side.
