Enhance Your Mad Men Party With These Foods You'll See In The Premiere

FONDUEMegan makes both cheese and chocolate fondue—a hot food food trend of the time. Her cheese fondue tip: "The secret is to rub the pot with a clove of garlic and then add twice the Kirschwasser." Find more fondue recipes here.

You already know that part of the premiere has Megan and Don in Hawaii... while there, they are at a Luau where they're told: "Everything you see on your plate is what you would find in a royal Hawaiian feast. That purple pudding is poi, it's strange but satisfying." They're also shown with a variety of fruits, a whole pig, and macaroni salad. You can get a recipe for Hawaiian poi here.

COCKTAILSHere's the recipe for the Blue Hawaii you'll see Megan drinking on the beach. Aside from the blue cocktail, you'll also see some beer and wine... and the Old Fashioned shows up again, in front of Don, of course.

MEATBALL SUBRecently turned off by vegetarian food ("it reminds me of Lent!") this is Peggy's late-night, workaholic food fix. You can make your own at home... or order some up at your local deli, pizza joint, or at the Meatball Shop.

SNACKSBetty makes some PB&J at home, and also has a late night Ritz cracker attack (those also pair well with peanut butter). If you don't want to go with the classic Wonder Bread way for the sandwich, here's a list of our top picks on where to get a PB&J around town.

GOULASHA group of New Yorkers living on St. Mark's Place prepare some goulash with pork butt, onions, lentils, paprika... and some melted snow. Don't feel tied down by those few ingredients, however—here are 8 goulash dishes you can make at home.

COFFEE The Anthora paper coffee cup shows up in several hands on the show, so serve all of your warm beverages in those!
