Flushing's gigantic 700,000 square foot shopping mall SkyView Center has skewed towards large American brands like Target, Applebee's and Bed, Bath & Beyond and now they've welcomed Mongolian restaurant Little Lamb, an international restaurant that operates nearly 600 locations throughout the world. It's the second location to open in the States—the first opened in Boston last year—and will be the flagship location in this country.

The restaurant specializes in hot-pot dishes, where vegetables and meats are simmered at the table in steaming pots of savory liquids like Strengthen Tomato Broth, Mongolian Spicy Herbal and Special Hot & Spicy. They'll offer proteins like sliced rib eye, sliced lamb and sliced beef tongue and dozens of vegetables including baby bok choy, spinach and Chinese broccoli. Besides hot-pot, the restaurant also offers Mongolian barbecue dishes like lamb chops, ribs and kebabs, plus different types of noodles, dumplings and pastries
