Batista "Benny" Geritano, whose murder charges against Lucali pizza owner Mark Iacono were dropped when the two men refused to speak about their knife fight in Carroll Gardens, is currently a suspect in "at least four" murders it turns out.

Testifying at Geritano's probation hearing yesterday, an FBI agent and Gambino family expert claimed that witnesses saw Geritano execute reputed drug dealer Roy Fedeli in Carroll Park in 1998. Regarding the incident with Iacono, after which both men were charged with murder, Geritano himself testified, "I stabbed him—absolutely—throughout his body."The Post reports that Geritano said his stabbing of Iacono stemmed from "family issues."

Despite new allegations that he had been recently plotting bank robberies, allegations that may jeopardize his probation, Geritano testified openly about his violent past. When asked by a US attorney if he had ever stabbed an acquaintance during an argument, Geritano replied, "Yeah—he might of got stabbed," before couching his response by saying "I don't recall stabbing him myself." While Iacono has gone back to making pies after the April meleé, Geritano will receive a decision from a judge next week on whether or not he may remain on probation stemming from a burglary conviction.
